. Painting on a guests cast in the own restaurant in Baden - Vienna / Austria

. Positive feedback from employees of the hospital in Baden at a date of check

. New design with Christmas-Styling and thinking about possible technics
. Learning how to use the napkin-technic and trying different materials
. Inquiries in the net in German and English
 
January 2008:

. Contacting a famous Patent-Agent-Company in Vienna, first phrasing of the necessary
  patent-claims
. Meeting with the General Secretary for Public Healthcare of the Ministry of Health, Family and
  Youth in Vienna - Recommandation and positive feedback for CAST-Design

February 2008:

. Collecting of Informations about the several materials (safety-sheets of clues,...)
. Planning of the futural company and the office
. Round-tables about fiscal topics, European Rights, Meetings with families and kids (designs)
 

March 2008:

. Mailing with managers of Swarovski/Wattens (Tirol) concerning the use of crystals as
  accessoires, additionally applicated on a CAST-Design

. Finishing and presenting the map of the patent-claims at the Patent-Office of Austria, Vienna
. Meeting with the Key Account Manager of Swarovski in the Restaurant Hauswiese, Baden.
  Acceptance to use the term "Crystallized by Swarovski" for CAST-Design
 

April 2008:

. Talks with different big print-offices in Europe concerning printing on napkins, qualities, colors,
  safety-sheets for materials,...

. Meetings with employees of hospitals, like the Clinical "Thermenregion" Baden, the
  Clinical "Mostviertel" Scheibbs,...

. Mailing from Swarovski (CCB Direct Markets West - Customer Interaction Center) - with the list

  of the whole-salers (Crystals of Swarovski) in Austria, also receiving a parcel with a lot of
  crystals to practice
. High-level-talks with managers of famous PR - workshops, planning of marketing-strategies,
  roll-out, time-table, PR in printings and TV,... 
 

May to December 2008:

. Producing of further designs, testing different materials

. Sending the first Information-maps, feedbacks from marketing-analyses (favorite designs)

. Decided seperation to other patents (e. g. in the USA), partly new patent claims
. Videoclip, presentations of CAST-Design in several hospitals in Austria

 

March 2009:

. Presenting the map of the patent-claims at the Patent-Office of Germany

 

October 2009 - 2010:

. Making the patent public in Austria and Germany by the Patent-Offices

. Examination-procedure for Austria, then positive decision and announcement of certification
. Order for Examination-procedure for Germany by the Patent-Agent-Company

. Private emigration to Vorarlberg / Western Austria

 

March 2011:

. Receipt of the official Patent-Certification for Austria

. Foundation of the company CAST-Design
